Opening hours
The campsite boasts a new, modern sanitary facility. The naturally designed rooms, constructed from Swiss pine, offer a beautiful panoramic view of the forest. Amenities include spacious family showers, a wheelchair-accessible toilet, clean restrooms, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Comfortable common areas with a kitchen and dining area are also available.
Families will find exactly what they’re looking for here: There’s a playground right on the campsite, and the largest playground in the region is just a short walk away. Also nearby are a swimming lake with a beach and the Ovaverva indoor swimming pool complex with indoor and outdoor pools, a children’s pool, slides, and a large spa area.
We are a dog-friendly campsite – your four-legged friends are welcome to accompany you free of charge.
If you are sensitive to noise, please be aware of the nearby skeet shooting club. We would be happy to provide you with further information.
In addition to our bistro, we also have a small mini-market in the new main building. Here you’ll find freshly baked bread and croissants, milk, eggs, homemade jams, honey, and farmer’s sausage. Of course, you’ll also find camping supplies for everyday use and souvenirs made in the Engadine region.
We will gladly accept your bread and roll orders until 4:00 PM for the following day directly at the check-in reception or by phone at 077 456 84 43.

WeThose who have known the place for a while know how much has changed in recent years. Change takes time and patience.
Another major development is on the horizon: The power line pylon is expected to be dismantled by 2028 at the latest. This opens up new possibilities for the site to further develop our concept in an even more nature-oriented way.
Promote biodiversity
Since 2025 we have been part of the pilot project “Biodiversity on campsites” the Biodiversity Foundation of Graubünden and Graubünden Tourism. As part of an expert consultation, The natural potential was analyzed and specific enhancement measures were defined.
We strive Gradually increasing biodiversity in open areas and would like to make these tangible and understandable for our guests.

These are measures we would like to implement:
Promoting structural diversity by mowing sections of the land at staggered times, alternately, or later. This creates valuable food sources from wild plants and improves root and soil structure.
Promoting the natural reseeding of meadows in order to preserve and strengthen biodiversity in the long term.
Development and promotion of woodland groups with native shrubs as habitats and retreats for animals.
Targeted placement of deadwood structures such as piles of branches or tree stumps to create additional habitats for insects and small animals.
AnlagCreation of flower islands with site-appropriate wild perennials to expand the range of flowers and to promote ecological diversity.
Promote valuable trees and willows along the ditch. Species such as rowan, sycamore maple, or juniper provide food and structure.
Conscious use of light: Where possible, light emissions are reduced – for the benefit of insects, bats and the starry sky.
Differentiated mowing concept – not every area is maintained in the same way:
Areas that are used intensively remain robust and durable.
WenigeLess frequently used areas are mowed less often.
Biodiversity areas are only cut once a year – with a higher cutting height and retreat strips for insects.
In river areas, the cut material is sometimes left lying briefly after mowing so that insects can escape.
