General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
Thank you for your interest in a stay at our Camping St. Moritz. By reserving a pitch/plot or a rental property (star tents, caravans), you, as our guest, agree to these general terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1 Reservations
You can book online on our homepage www.camping-stmoritz.ch. We reply to inquiries by e-mail as quickly as possible, in the high season (July/August) this may take longer. During the winter months, when the campsite is closed, inquiries will be answered by e-mail at longer intervals.
2 Formation of the contract
2.1 Bookings in general
A deposit of 100% is due for the booking of rental properties, pitches and tents. Seasonal pitches must be paid in full by the end of April at the latest.
2.2 Online bookings
Online bookings via our Camping Care booking system are final once the booking has been confirmed to you and payment has been made. We reserve the right to charge the deposit or the total amount to your credit card at the time the booking is accepted.

2.4 Bookings on site
We also recommend logging in online on site and making a reservation yourself. This makes it easier to check in on site and reduces long waiting times for all arrivals. If bookings have to be made on site, a processing fee of CHF 10 will be charged.
2.5 Changing the booking
Up to 15 days before arrival, the guest can change the reservation period and the choice of pitch (if possible) for a processing fee of CHF 10 (e.g. by telephone or e-mail)
3 Advance payments
3.1 Fundamentals
Deposits can be made by providing your credit card details via online banking “Stripe” and will be reconfirmed by us in the form of a confirmation.
3.2 Due date
If the deposit is not received within the agreed period, we reserve the right to decide on the pitch/plot and rental property ourselves.
4 Seat request
Pitch requests will be considered as far as possible. However, the campsite management reserves the right to change an allocation in exceptional cases and to allocate an equivalent replacement. Any change of pitch does not entitle the customer to a price reduction.
5 Minimum stays

- Arrivals and departures on the site are only permitted via the driveways, not via the pitches. This may cause damage to the meadows.

9 Seasonal tenants
- The reservation for a seasonal pitch is valid for the whole season. Discounts cannot be claimed for unused stays.
- All seasonal pitches are charged in advance. Seasonal pitches are only confirmed once the full amount has been paid. As long as a seasonal pitch has not been paid for and confirmed, we reserve the right to make the pitch available to other guests.
- If the booked seasonal place is not used due to illness, the place can be transferred to a family member.
- We keep a pre-reservation of the regular seats available until mid-January every year.

- The seasonal area has different authorization to short-term tenants as far as the pitch is concerned. Windbreaks approved by the reception or a dog fence may be placed on the pitch. Examples include willow nets. When choosing, it is important that this is done neutrally and unobtrusively and does not obstruct the view of other guests.
- Damage to the pitch, such as independent water drainage systems or planting on the pitch, is not permitted. Repair costs will not be covered by the campsite and will be charged to the permanent camper.
- If water problems from the storm repeatedly affect the pitch, a season pitch can be changed.
- Each seasonal pitch is authorized to accommodate one motorhome with awning and a maximum of 4 persons. One vehicle (car) is permitted on your own pitch. Visitors can park their car on the pitch for a fee with a visitor’s pass. The price for the seasonal rental includes 2 persons and electricity without heating. Additional persons/heating/car etc. must be registered at the reception. Failure to register this can lead to exclusion.
- The maintenance of the pitch is your own responsibility. We are happy to help with the trimming of the meadow on request.
- If a seasonal pitch has not been rented out, guests of the seasonal campers can also rent these pitches for a short time.
10 Complaint
- Responsibility of damaged tents by third persons or supervision of the tent in case of non-attendance, can not be held responsible to the camping. Costs are not covered.
